CD AND DVD REPLICATION

What is Replication?
CD and DVD replication is also known as CD or DVD PRESSING. The process is very different to Duplication as the information is stamped on not burned on. Through the glass mastering process your data is firstly checked to ensure it is error free throughout the production, then the information is copied 100% bit by bit identical to the master supplied. Latest to our production line, Blue Ray media is also available.
Replication method is the best and the most cost efficient production solution if you are not working to a tight deadline. Allow 12 working days for the production and quality check of your job, so plan ahead for your project on runs over 500.
What do I need to prepare for the REPLICATION process?
It is recommended to have:
2 x Content Masters (Gold Master & Safety Back up master)
1 x Artwork Master (Containing all artwork clearly named for each component)
